Prof. Arnon Nagler serves as Director of both the Division of Hematology and the Bone Marrow Transplantation and Cord Blood Bank at Sheba Medical Center. After his initial training and specialization in Internal Medicine and Hematology and in Hematopoiesis in Israel, he carried out a postdoctoral research fellowship in hematology and bone marrow transplant at Stanford University Hospital in California. He has received numerous awards for his groundbreaking work in stem cell transplantation, hematological malignancies, cord blood biology and transplantation, and adoptive cell-mediated immunotherapy.

Dr. Elad Jacoby serves as Attending Physician at the Pediatric Hematology and Oncology Department, as well as Investigator in Pediatric Cancer Immunotherapy at the Pediatric Research Institute, the Edmond and Lily Safra Children’s Hospital. He completed a fellowship in Pediatric Hematology and Oncology at Johns Hopkins Hospital and a research fellowship in the NCI. Dr. Jacoby is a leading physician implementing CAR T-cell therapy in leukemia and lymphoma patients at Sheba Medical Center.

Dr. Ribakovsky is a Senior Physician at the division of Hematology and Bone Marrow Transplantation at Sheba Medical Center. She graduated from Vladimir Medical University in Russia and then completed her internship in Internal Medicine and Hematology at Sheba Medical Center, and a fellowship in Hemato-Oncology at Mount Sinai Beth Israel Medical Center in NY. Dr. Ribakovsky is a member of the Israeli Society of Hematology and the American Society of Hematology Oncology. She is a Senior Lecturer at the Sackler School of Medicine at TAU and has over 70 published articles in scientific literature.

After completing his medical degree at Semmelweis University, Budapest, Hungary, he completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Meir Medical Center, Israel, and his fellowship in the Department of Hematology and Bone Marrow Transplantation at Sheba Medical Center. Dr. Benjamini attended a leukemia fellowship under the guidance of Prof. Keating in Houston, Texas in 2012, and brought his expert training back to Sheba, where he has been running the CLL program since 2014.

Dr. Yoram Neumann is the Deputy Head of the Pediatric Hemato-Oncology Department and Head of the Pediatric Oncology Outpatient Clinic at the Safra Children’s Hospital, Sheba Medical Center. He is a member of the Israeli Hematology Society, The Israeli Society of Clinical Pediatrics, and the Israeli Society of Ambulatory Pediatrics. Dr. Benjamini has served as a Senior Hematologist and Pediatrician at Sheba for 23 years and is devoted to treating young oncology patients.

Dr. Michal Yalon is the Director of the Pediatric Brain Tumor Service at Sheba Medical Center. She graduated with Honors from The Faculty of Medicine, Technion University in Israel, and then trained in pediatrics. Afterwards, she continued with her education and received a PhD in medical science from the Technion. Dr. Yalon underwent additional training in Pediatric Neuro- Oncology in Toronto, and also in Pediatric Neurology in Washington, and she is GCP certified. She is the recipient of several awards for her presentations on cancer research and for the promotion of research and excellence.

She completed her medical training at the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology and specialized in Pediatrics and Pediatric Hemato-Oncology at the Safra Children’s Hospital, Sheba Medical Center. Dr. Golan specializes in treating children with neuroblastoma.
