Tasked with streamlining Global Patient Services activities and processes, Mika helps ensure the division provides a quality, efficient treatment experience for our patients while also facilitating partnerships with authorized representatives: playing a key part in the entire patient care cycle.

Deputy Director of Global Patient Services since 2008, Yelena’s history with Sheba began when she was stationed at the medical center as part of her army service, during which time it became her home away from home.
Considering the medical care provided at Sheba the best in Israel and among the best in the world, Yelena is proud to uphold the medical center’s high standards of compassionate and professional care.

A registered nurse, Olessia started working at Sheba’s oncology department in 2005, serving as a Global Patient Services medical consultant since 2012.
Deeply committed to the principles of responsibility, competence, good communication, and open-mindedness, Olessia finds fulfillment in helping patients navigate the treatment process at Sheba.
Marketing and REACT Community Manager
A people person with a diverse cultural background, Hanan supports the activities and collaborations of Sheba physicians and doctors from across the globe as the REACT Community Manager. As Sheba Global’s Marketing Coordinator, Hanan works closely with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate marketing activities.
PATIENT RELATIONS CENTER MANAGER
As the Patient Relations Center Manager, Ella, who holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and business administration, plays a central role in providing our patients with exceptional medical care.
According to Ella, she chose to work at Sheba’s Global Patient Services out of a desire to help people in the most difficult moments of their lives. and sees it as her duty to inspire excellence while prioritizing humanity and kindness.

A registered nurse who graduated first in his class at Sheba’s Ziva Tal Nursing School, Amir works with his team to streamline patients’ arrival to Sheba, answering all their questions and ensuring they receive the best care possible.

A medical consultant since 2012, Hanah goes above and beyond to ensure her patients receive the best medical care: driven by the belief that all humans, equal before God, deserve love and compassion.
Hanna brings this principle to her work, treating her patients with respect, compassion, and kindness. Her genuine love for her work, coupled with an inherent ability to relate to others, bonds Hanna with her patients.

Areen is a registered nurse and medical supervisor. She is responsible for facilitating comprehensive and compassionate medical care for patients from across the globe, while at the same time looking out for their overall well-being throughout treatment.

Having been born in Ukraine and relocating to Israel six years ago, Bogdan makes full use of his diverse background to understand the needs of patients who arrive in Sheba from all over the world. Striving to ensure that patients have everything they need during their stay at Sheba, Bogdan puts into practice his wealth of knowledge in the fields of sociology and social work as part of his role at Sheba.

A true people’s person, Tova acquired extensive education in customer service and spent many years in the field.
Tova’s passion for people, coupled with a desire to help others in the most challenging moments of their lives, guided Tova throughout her life and especially during her time at Sheba’s Global Patient Services.

As a case manager, Josef liaises between his patients and various members of Sheba’s staff. From assessing patients’ requirements to advocating for access to special services, Josef goes above and beyond to ensure his patients receive the best possible treatment at Sheba.

Working at Sheba since 1999, Vera serves patients in her fields of expertise: gynecology, oncology, and IVF- coordinating care throughout the treatment and diagnosis process, helping translate documents, and providing personal support, with a particular passion for aiding couples in realizing their dream of becoming parents.
Finding great fulfillment and happiness in her work, Vera considers personalized, compassionate care to be a guiding principle in her work.
MEDICAL COORDINATOR, PULMONARY ONCOLOGY AND GASTROENTEROLOGY
A registered nurse specializing in pulmonary, oncology, and gastroenterology, Ilona, who was born in Belarus, has worked at Sheba since 2012 as a medical coordinator.
Having dreamed of becoming a nurse from a young age, Ilona is ever cognizant of the responsibility that comes with her profession, making every effort to ensure her patients receive the best possible care, and cherishing the moments she gets to tell a patient that they’ve made a full recovery. According to Ilona, that is the most fulfilling and beautiful moment imaginable.

A certified nurse who has been caring for international patients for more than 11 years, Victoria became a medical coordinator at Sheba’s Global Patient Services in 2002, specializing in hemato-oncology, oncology, and bone marrow transplantations.
As a medical coordinator, Victoria accompanies patients throughout the entire treatment process: from initial inquiries to follow-up visits. All, while addressing day-to-day concerns and questions in a professional, empathetic manner: remaining ever-attuned to their needs.

As a medical coordinator, Galit’s mission is to help patients receive world-class treatment at Sheba. According to Galit, she does everything in her power to give patients a warm, comfortable welcome, as making patients feel at home during their stay at Sheba is a personal calling. Having spent eight years practicing natural medicine, Galit believes that the combination of natural and conventional treatment can be tremendously beneficial for patients.

Born in the former Soviet Union, Rimma moved to Israel as a teenager, where she completed her higher education and served in the IDF. Spending seven years living abroad in Germany, Rimma has a special empathy for her patients’ experience as visitors in Israel, which is why she has dedicated herself to making all her patients feel welcome and at ease when they arrive at Sheba.
To Rimma, the most rewarding part of her work is hearing doctors tell patients: “Your child is healthy.”

Educated in Israel and abroad, Sofia has a multilingual and multicultural background, which helps her form and maintain relationships with patients from around the world. A medical coordinator with over 13 years of experience, Janna takes pride in the role she plays in coordinating all aspects of patients’ treatment at Sheba, asserting that there is no greater honor or privilege than helping those experiencing hardship recover and go on to live their best possible lives.

Before taking on her current role as economic coordinator, she facilitated ophthalmology, endocrinology, and otolaryngology treatments for patients.
