I have extensive experience in the business world, having worked as an auditor in several large commercial companies in Israel. This experience and the moral principles accompanying it became the tools that I used as Director of GLOBAL PATIENT SERVICES.

I was stationed at Sheba during my army service and it has since became my second home.

I am a registered nurse and have worked at Sheba Medical Center since 2005. Although my first position was in the Oncology Department, since 2012 I have worked in the Global Patient Services as a Medical Consultant.
I believe that responsibility, knowledge, organization, communication skills, and a willingness to learn are essential to my career. The main purpose of my job is helping people by managing the medical examination and treatment processes.

Growing up in both Russia and Israel, and spending six years as an adult meeting people from around the world while living in the Caribbean, my personal experiences have led me to take a keen interest in the diverse perspectives of people from different parts of the globe.
On the Global Patient Services team, I play a central role in providing world-class medical treatment for those in need across the globe, while also empowering clinicians worldwide with the knowledge they need to offer patients the best possible care.

Hello everyone, my name is Amir Roitman and I‘m a medical supervisor at Sheba’s Global Patient Services.
I am a registered nurse and graduated at the top of my class from the Ziva Tal nursing school at Sheba in 2017.
My personal goal is to bring the vast medical knowledge that I acquired in my studies to the field of medical tourism so that I can provide patients with the best possible care.

My name is Michael Stein, for the past 19 years I‘ve been working as a registered nurse, and it’s my 8th year working in the field of medical tourism. As a medical consultant, I consider it my mission to make sure that the patients receive the best medical care possible.

I was born in Ukraine and moved to Israel 6 years ago, immediately after graduating from high school. Although I have been working at the Shiba Medical Center only recently, I have already been able to understand and feel how much our entire team is focused on helping people who need it. We try to do everything possible to ensure that a person receives everything necessary during his stay in our medical center. For me, as a young specialist , this is a great chance to show my knowledge in the field of sociology and social work in practice in order to provide patients with the highest quality service.

Since 1999, I have been working at Sheba Medical Center, the largest hospital in Israel and the Middle East.
I work at the Global Patient Services, specializing in the fields of Gynecology, Gynecological Oncology, and IVF. After many years of working with people, I realize that one of the most important things in my job is finding an individual approach to each patient. This guides me in my daily work.
I do my best to provide my patients with the best quality of care. This includes organizing services at all stages of treatment and diagnosis, translation of documents, and support. I am personally proud and happy to have helped many couples realize their dream of becoming parents. I consider this my mission in my career.

I have worked at Sheba Medical Center since 2012 as a medical coordinator specializing in Pulmonary Oncology and Gastroenterology.
I immigrated to Israel 25 years ago from Belarus. Since childhood, I have wanted to become a nurse. After graduating from high school, I studied at a medical institute and achieved my dream of becoming a nurse.
In my opinion, the nursing profession carries much responsibility, but when I’m able to tell a patient that they’ve made a full recovery, that is the most satisfying and beautiful thing imaginable. I will always make every effort to ensure you receive the highest quality of medical service.

I was born in the former Soviet Union and came to Israel as a teenager. Once here, I completed my higher education and served in the IDF. Also, my family and I lived in Germany from 2001-2008. Having experienced living in a foreign country, I can easily understand the feeling of being a patient far from home.
I will do my best to make you feel comfortable and welcome with us. For me, the most rewarding moments in my job are hearing a doctor saying, “Your child is healthy.”

With an extensive, diverse experience in customer service positions, Sofia strives to make the patient experience more pleasant and efficient. According to Sofia, studying both in Israel and abroad, along with her multilingual and multicultural background, helps her create personal relationships with patients from across the world and contributes to the overall success of medical treatment.

I am married and a mother of two children. I started working as a medical coordinator at Sheba Medical Center more than 13 years ago. I graduated from a medically oriented high school and continued my education to become a lab assistant.

Having extensive experience in logistics and customer service, and driven by an inherent passion for helping others, Irma seamlessly navigates Sheba’s various departments. As a service coordinator, she draws on her expertise in technical and non-technical medical aspects to handle administrative responsibilities, as well as provide services to patients.

I have been working at Sheba’s Global Patient Services since 2012. For 5 years I’ve coordinated ophthalmology, endocrinology and otolaryngology treatments for our patients.
Subsequently, I took up the post of economic coordinator for the Global Patient Services.
I cannot remain indifferent to human suffering. From my own experience, I know there are many different and unexpected turns in life that could put any of us in a difficult situation at any time. Therefore, I always strive to give attention and empathy to those struggling to overcome difficulties
