Non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma tends to be more aggressive than Hodgkin’s lymphoma in that it can happen anywhere in the body, whereas HL usually starts in the upper part of the body. Hodgkin’s lymphoma tends to progress in a more predictable manner than non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma.
