Does multiple myeloma cause headaches?

Multiple myeloma does not typically cause headaches directly. However, headaches can be related to associated complications or treatment side effects. Elevated calcium levels in the blood (hypercalcemia) due to rapid bone breakdown can cause a range of symptoms, including headaches. Additionally, some therapies and medications used in treatment might result in headaches as a side effect.
