Can multiple myeloma cause shoulder pain?

Multiple myeloma can cause pain in any bone, including the shoulder. The cancerous cells can weaken bones, leading to pain, fractures or lesions. If a patient with multiple myeloma experiences shoulder pain, it could be due to bone involvement, but other causes like muscle strain or arthritis should also be considered.
