Can multiple myeloma cause hip pain?

Myeloma can cause hip pain if your hips are affected by it. Hips are a common multiple myeloma target. Other common targets are the ribs and the back. The most common symptom of multiple myeloma is a tenderness in the affected bone. Going over a longer period without therapy can lead the tenderness to evolve to a persistent dull ache that arrives in waves.
