FAQ: How can I find the Global Patient Services Division at Sheba?

We are here to help! You don’t need to search for the Global Patient Services Division at Sheba all by yourself. Before your visit, you’ll receive the exact contact information from our Coordinator of Patient Experience, who will greet you at the following meeting points – depending on where you will be staying and how you arrive at Sheba:

  • If you are going to stay at the Sheba Baby Hotel, our Coordinator of Patient Experience will meet you in the hospitalization tower lobby, by the information desk.
  • If you plan to stay at the Shilev Hotel, our Coordinator of Patient Experience will order a transfer service to pick you up at the hotel at a specified time and bring you to our office.
  • If you will be arriving at Sheba by taxi, we will send you an SMS message with the exact address. Our Coordinator of Patient Experience will meet you near the information desk in the hospitalization tower lobby.
  • If you will be arriving at Sheba by car, we will provide you with the Waze link to the precise route you should follow in order to meet up with our Coordinator of Patient Experience.
