No, we are not agents! We are official staff members of Global Patient Services of Sheba Medical Center, located in Ramat Gan, Israel. We have personally prepared all of this information to help you navigate our medical system as you investigate treatment at Sheba for yourself or a loved one. As you can see in our email, we use a case-insensitive government domain (@sheba.health.gov.il), which belongs to the Israeli Ministry of Health and points to our legitimacy.
