About
Graduating from Cambridge University and University College Hospital, Dr. Yaacov Lawrence is board certified in Internal Medicine and Radiation Oncology. Between 2007-2010 Dr. Lawrence was a Fellow and subsequently Attending Physician at Thomas Jefferson University, Philadelphia, during which time he was awarded an ASCO Young Investigator Award. In addition to serving as Sheba’s Interim Radiation Oncology Department Chair, Dr. Lawrence leads its Gastro-Intestinal Program and heads the Research Division within the department. He is also a Senior Lecturer at the Tel Aviv University School of Medicine.
