About
Dr. Eitan Gur is a MD graduate from the Hadassah Medical School, the Hebrew University, Jerusalem. He had completed his specializations in eating disorders at the Hadassah Medical Center.
The Eating Disorders Department at Sheba Medical Center, led by Dr. Gur is the only center in the country to provide a full in-patient care for the patients suffering from eating disorders, over the age of 18. The department provides treatment in cases of bulimia nervosa, anorexia nervosa, non-specified eating disorders, and obesity.
The Eating Disorders Department is a multi-disciplinary center, which provides a complex treatment, including psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, therapists from different fields, nutricionists, nurses and a physical education teacher.
