About
Damien Urban, MD. is the Head of the Oncology Department at the Cancer Center at the Sheba Medical Center. He is a B.Med.Sc and MBBS graduate of the Monash University, Australia.
Dr. Urban has completed his specialization in oncology in the Sheba Medical Center in 2011. He has participated in several clinical researches and workshops: ECCO – AACR – EORTC – ESMO in 2011, GSK 3rd in Europe in 2004/201; and has published approximately 20 articles in the scientific literature. Dr. Urban was granted a Nanostring PanCancer award in 2014 for his work in the field of mutations and immune response in head and neck cancer.
