Sheba’s Pediatric Hemato-Oncology Division functions as a major referral center for all pediatric hemato-oncological malignancies, treating kids with a broad variety of hematological diseases, immunodeficiencies, thalassemia, inborn errors of metabolism and bone marrow failure. Our primary focus is children, but we also provide care for young adults under 30 who present with solid tumors that are more typically diagnosed in children.
What Treatments Do We Offer?
Patients visit our outpatient clinic from other hospitals in Israel and from around the world for initial diagnostic tests, counseling, follow-up treatment and emergency care.
In addition to providing customized medical therapies, such as chemotherapy, biologic treatments and immunotherapy, we also perform bone marrow aspirations.
