Sheba Medical Center A Recognized Leader in Global Healthcare

Does Sheba Offer Any Special Technologies?
In recent years, many innovative therapies have been developed as part of a global focus on personalized, targeted medicine. Sheba offers a range of treatments that are in line with this approach. Our progressive therapies are based on analyzing each individual’s tumor mutations to design customized treatment. Using the results of these analyses, we administer advanced immunotherapies, such as TIL, which involves the removal of specific cancer-fighting cells called tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes, that are then isolated in a specialized laboratory, grown to very large numbers, and injected back into the patient’s body.
As a leading Hemato-Oncology center, we offer our patients CAR-T therapy- a revolutionary blood cancer treatment that involves programing a patient’s own white blood cells to kill cancer cells. Even when other blood cancer treatments fail, CAR-T therapy can help, allowing many patients to achieve remission. CAR-T therapy is highly specialized and personalized and is available at a limited number of cancer centers around the world. When applying the treatment, our physicians employ a tailored and holistic approach that caters to your unique needs and the overall well-being of your whole body.
